What motor oil filter gasket do you run? And why?

I use the round rubber one that comes with the filter. Works really well.

Here's the real non-smart ass question: Does a sport athlete's tendency to sustain injuries factor into how "great" he is? Obviously, I'm thinking of the Chris Webber situation now. If we were to rank him among the best players currently in NBA, would his rank be lower simply due to his chronic injuries? Historically, I can think of a potentially great NFL player who was shot down by injuries: Bo Jackson.
 
I don't think you have an option on this... I don't think the gasket is very removable/replacable. 😛
