What Motherboard?

Fried my old Abit KT7 ..........................................so
I have a 200mhz T-bird 1.2ghz CPU, and several sticks of 128 pc133 ram laying around. I'm looking for a MBoard that will work with this CPU, and is upgradeable to the Athalon xp series chip later. I can ditch the pc133ram for ddr if I need to. This will just be used for a backup PC for Internet dialup, photo slide show etc... (no gaming) mostly just business apps. any suggestions?

Ditch the PC133 ram and get the New Epox KT400 bord. It is 125 at newegg.com. Has raid, ethernet, serial ata, and 6 ch sound card

Well. you COULD use your existing memory... but to put nicely, it would... SUCK!

Get some DDR.. and get a nice new mobo. How about a KT3 Ultra or something? they can't be more than $80 USD now for the regular one.
