AMD Athlon "Thunderbird" 1.4GHZ (133x10.5) 133FSB and a bus speed of 266

the Shuttle AN35N Ultra is looking good...any other suggestions would be nice.

Any NForce2 mobo would be a good choice. Hell, most SocketA mobos would be fine with a few exceptions. I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about this.

Do I have to reinstall windows if im getting a new mobo? it's a really major hardware change so I don't know >_<

It is definately wise to reinstall windows with a motherboard swap. But I believe you can just do a reapir install and it will detect your new stuff and keep your files in place. I have done this and had it work, but know of others who it didn't work for.
