What motherboard would support 1024mb of OCZ DDR-533 PC-4200?

Do you mean official support or just general compatibility? As I'm aware I don't think any memory above PC3200 specs is officially supported as a stock frequency. Although generally it should be compatible with most chipsets and I believe OCZ does have a memory compatibility page listed with different compatible motherboard models.
