What motherboard should i get?

I'm getting a 1.2 ghz AMD athlon and Kingston 256MB 32x64 PC-2100 DDR RAM, but i need help with getting a motherboard. the most i can spend on it is $150, i have taken a few looks at some so please tell me which would go best with my system that im building, or if you know better than these then please tell me!
1)IWILL KA266-R RAID ALI Chipset, 266MHz Bus, Socket A Motherboard. 5-PCI, 1-AGP, 3-DIMM slots for DDR menmory, on-board Audio
or
2)MSI Motherboard, K7 Master, AMD 761 chipset/VT82C686B, 266Mhz FSB, Socket A for AMD Athlon/Duron, 184-pin DDR-DIMM x2, maximum 2GB, AGP/AGP PRO x1, CNR x1, PCI x5, Ultra DMA 33 / 66 / 100, on-board Audio, ATX. Retail Box
which is the better of these two motherboards?

Take a look at the Epox 8k7a or the 8k7a+ if you want RAID. A lot of people here seem to like that board. Also, I wouldn't go for the Kingston RAM. In my opinion Kingston is overpriced and I'm skeptical about the quality of their RAM. Get some Crucial PC2100. Crucial makes some of the best RAM in the business and they're prices are unbelievably low. Go through this link and you can get 256MB of PC2100 for under $60.

I've personally been looking at hte K7 Master, but i've been wondering how well it performs with processors over 1.2 Ghz... Could anyone fill me in on this?
