What motherboard should I get?

Take a look at the Epox nforce 3 250GB board, it uses the more expensive 250GB chipset which has firewall and some other goodies which makes it a nice alternative to the older A64 chipsets even if your not overclocking.

Even so, Via based 754 chipsets seem plagued with BIOS problems. They auto detect settings which they shouldnt and this specific model likes to set the FSB to 204. I guess not a big deal without overclocking, but warrent enough to look at other models.

And Via 4-in-1 drivers still need to hamper out Smartgart stability imo.

That's what I just ordered. But I'm planning to OC. Epox is a very solid manufacturer, imo, and that chipset is definitly better, but there are not as many features with it.

Really, if you're not OCing, then get any board that meets your cost/feature requirements.

That Epox I posted in the pictures looks like it doesn't come with any SATA cables or power cables for my SATA hard drive. Does it?
