What motherboard should I get for my pentium 4 or 3?

none. don't even get either one. both of them will be obsolete within 3 months when the new p4 northwood comes out which isn't compatible with all current p4 boards and when the p3 tualatin comes out which isn't compatible with all current p3 boards and chipsets. either way you can't upgrade later on when you need to.
