Please excuse my 'n00b'ish type question, and I also apologize if this has been answered like <insert number here> times before. Its been about 1.5 years since my last upgrade, and I've been looking around this week for a new motherboard / cpu / ram upgrade, only to see there is quite a bit of options. I only need an upgrade thats gonna last me about 1 year give or take, and with price consideration in mind, I've more or less decided a P4 1.8 OC'd to 2.4 is the most ideal route for me, or so I think 
My main, and probably very easy question is... which motherboard / chipset do I need to do this ? Mind you I dont need the latest / greatest / most expensive chipset out there at the moment, just something that will give me no hassles (OC easily)and get the job done, with some decent/good performance to boot. 845 ? 845E ? 845G ? 850 ? something else ? I've had nice experiences with Asus in the past, and trust them, but please give me all relaible manufactuers these days if ya can.
