What motherboard for P4 2.0A socket 478 CPU?

Ok, I need a STABLE motherboard that will run this CPU.

Qualifications:

1) No overclocking capabilites required... I'm not gonna O/C at all
2) Must take Crucial DDR ram
3) Must be able to run an GeForce2 Pro 32MB video card
4) Must be less than $90 shipped (preferrebly $80)

I haven't EVER built a P4 system, and I'm a little behind on system specs and the like... so please give me some guidance and some key issues that I need to know when you make a motherboard selection.

Thanks!!!

Look for the SHUTTLE AV45GT2. It has USB2.0 and 5.1 C-Media sound card built in. And gos for less than $80 shipped.

Look up AV45GT2 at pricewatch.com. Great Bang for your buck. Both Newegg.com and Mwave.com have this board, but newegg has a hard time keeping it in stock.

Good Luck.

anyone else have any suggestions? And is mwave.com a good place to shop from? They aren't known for slowness or anything, right?

Just curious, but what will this system be used for?

It makes no sense to buy a high end P4 2.0A and then put in an old and slow video card. Do you really need a processor that fast if you don't seem to be doing very intensive stuff with the system?

I've heard MWave is pretty good but usually they are more expensive than Newegg, which is generally the best place to buy from.
