What motherboard for my 3d prophet??

I am wondering what motherboard I should get when I build my new system? This is what I want in my new system: The AMD 1 gig processor or higher (266 FSB), 3d prophet 2 GTS 64 pro (already have), Soundblaster Live value (already have), HP 4x4x24 burner (already have), Pioneer slot loading 16x DVD (already have), 256 megs of Kingston PC133 ram (already have), zip drive (already have), and a USB Effecient Network DSL modem. I am currently leaning towards the new ASUS A7V133 Socket-A KT133A ATX motherboard over the new Abit KT7 A-Raid board. I also will get an AMD certified power supply and case.

Love my Asus. Very stable and flexible plus a pretty decent OC'er with good ram and HSF. Good Luck!
