What motherboard for C2D and OCZ Gold XTC DDR2

Just got this ram for under $200. Read reviews of it, looks like it overclocks well. Have a C2D e6300 with Sonata II case and ATI X800 graphic card. Not a huge gamer, but play Quake 4 and some others. I will never overclock my CPU more than 25%.

Weird thing about this ram is the voltage is 1.9v.

Anyone recommend a STABLE board that won't give me any problems and is under $150?

I was looking at the ga-965p-ds3 or simply the S3.

No boards that I've seen currently available will run it out of the box. Now, you can always pop in a stick of cheap memory and update the BIOS and then put in the OCZ. Even then some people say the OCZ Gold is bad bad bad...but OCZ will usually reprogram the memory if you have issues. OCZ Plat seems to be fine.
