If you clear the CMOS, that should get rid of the password. If you cannot find the jumper, just remove the CMOS battery for a few seconds.

You probably should move this into 'motherboards' or 'general' forum.

That might be the DFI P5BV3+, then again... it may not be.

A google search brought up this page. From there, I searched for the model that matches your number.

Hmmm... what justifies this thread being in this forum? Do some people automatically associate anything dealing with computers as a high tech discussion? Thats a silly question, but you get the point.

Hmmm... What justifies your Stupid @$$ Comment? I got the info that I needed from people that didn't care that this was in the wrong forum. Quit trying to play moderator. I am sure they can do their own job.

Anyway thanks to the people that helped me find the board and yes it was the DFI Thanks.

Krueger: he is not trying to play moderator, but if you saw that thread that Anand himself posted, this is the Highly Technical Forum, and this thread is not Highly Techinical, it shouldnt be here, and thats a fact!

The fact that people helped you out means nothing, unfortunatly by people doing this, it makes it ok for others to post nontechnical post in this forum hoping to get away with it, there are 2 other forums for this GH and TS, use those instead of this one.

I helped him for 2 reasons. 1) Because he asked for it. 2) Because I knew that as soon as his situation was resolved the thread would drop quickly.

But you when you post and scold him, it just gets bumped back up. That is why it should be left to the mod. Since this is in the appropriate Motherboard forum now complain all you like, but your initial complaints only contributed to the problem. ;)
