between asus z390a prime and asus z390e gaming, As the question says, I need advice to choose, since I don't need Wi-Fi, but I'm interested in digi + vrm. How many phases does each motherboard have? Is there a lot of difference in the quality of the components?
the motherboard z390a prime I get 25% cheaper, so that is the question. It would be for a cpu i7 9700k whose frequency would always remain at a minimum of 4.9 ghz, greetings I hope your help ...

OK, there are a number of these spreadsheets online. I found one that is cited pretty frequently but it's german. You can go to main Google search page, input the following URL and then hit translate this page for results: https://www.hardwareluxx.de/community/f12/lga-1151-mainboard-vrm-liste-1175784.html#z370 You should see the link on R.

Then scroll down to your Z390s for Asus. I see the a Prime has 4 x 2 "real phases". But only Z390E- gaming listed is the ROG Strix and the phases box is blank. May have to go the manufacturer's site. I'm unaware of what "digi" is and, sorry my other links are only AM4 for AMD. This will tell you if they both use the same MOSFETs.

Hope that helps. Offhand I know different boards can have entirely different caps so can't help you there. There are sites w/threads specific to the Z390 boards but I'm not sure if linking would break Anandtech forum rules. But you can find them, even join and ask. Easy peasy.

Good luck.
