what motherboard/cpu combination can use 145 watts

I have a powerman 145 watt, just wondering what this thing can power, thanks

MICRO atx motherboard w/ any of one of the following

AMD Athlon 1GHz (Worked flawlessly with GF2MX/ cdrom/ hdd/ fdd/ sound card)
AMD Duron 1GHz possibly 1.1GHz
Intel Pentium 4 1.8GHz + (hans007 tested with 1.7GHz P4 on a 135w PSU)
Intel Celeron 1.3GHz (Celerons never required any much power)
