It is a known issue with AGP ATI cards (the newer ones). I am not a moron when it comes to installing things. I tried everything there was to try, then I throw the 6800GT back in and I get double the FPS in WoW. Nvidia knows whats going on.

My bad, didn't realize it was a known issue with the new cards.

Don't know about its overclockability. But its not like you have too many options for a board if you are going for SLI.
Gigabyte is generally very good, I would say its my second choice after asus. But you might want to dig a bit more to make sure this board is a good overclocker.

Is there any motherboard you can recommend to me for around 100 bucks that has SLI and is a good overclocker?

That combo looks fine. Just realize the DS3L is not SLI.

Also, wasn't your budget "around $400" ? :p
