What motel franchises rent rooms to 18 year olds? I know a lot of motels/hotels only rent to 21 and older, but anyone know which ones dont mind people 18-21?

Usually small independent motels will take anyone 18 or older with ID and a credit card.

As long as you have ID.... Any age over 18 is legal, and saying you can't until you're 21 is age discrimination.

Almost all hotels/motels will rent rooms to 18 year olds with IDs but even if they didn't, that's not age discrimination... They are private businesses, they can rent to anyone they want.

I have had no problem renting a motel/hotel when I was under 21.

All they wanted was a credit card and ID. I gave them that, they gave me a room.

Though none of them were extremely nice and expensive hotels.
