Most likely it will, but there's always a chance that Intel might change something with the 3.06G+ chips with HT that cannot be supported just with a BIOS patch. If I were to put my money on it, I'd say it should work, but you can't guarantee that.
An overclocked 3.6 is much different than a 'real' 3.6 with HT and whatever else Intel decides to throw at us on the new chip.
