what mobo to pair with mid range am2 cpu

I'm looking to upgrade to a platform with pci-e and I figure I will go mid-range am2 since i can save a bit on the mobo since amd and intel pricing are competitive now anyway. I believe i will go with a proc in the 120-165 range which is about a x2 4600+-5400+ so I wanted to know what decent overclocking mobos are out there in this range. I will be using ddr2 800 mem with only one vid card so sli or crossfire is not necessary. I have a audigy zs 2 pt so I would like more than one pci slot just in case. basically i want some overclockablility without too much cost as i think ill be upgrading to quad core in 6-10 months. also if you have experience with am2 cpus that are good for overclocking in the price range shoot those out to me too. thanks
