What mobo to get for a A64 3200+

I've been reading up alot on threads here, but I'm still undecided

I'll be overclocking a fair amount, so I'm looking for a good mobo that'll work with Corsair XMS3200C2 (shouldn't disqualify anyone)

I've got the following as good choices:

ASUS K8V (also the SE Deluxe, dunno whats the difference)
MSI K8N (NForce3 250)

Which do you guys suggest, or what other ones (for a Canadian) should I go for? Thanks alot!

I myself like the MSI... and might get the board soon..

if I were to get one like next week, it would probably be the MSI.
