what mobo is best for the P4 2A GHZ?

Hey, just found out a friend of a friend has an extra P4 2A Ghz chip due to someone backing out of an order and he is willing to give me the chip.

Now my question for you guys is what Mobo & Ram should I get for this? Should I go for RD Ram?
