What mobo do you recommend to go with my E8500

Given the parts listed below that are already locked in, which mobo is the best bet for me? And why do you think that? One data point that may (or may not) be important to hgihlight is that I do want to use my two WD raptors in a RAID configuration so boards that have a superior RAID controller would be an advantage. Also, I am NOT planning to use 2x video cards and don't really need to plan for it as I am not a mega-super-gamer. So, crossfire is wasted on me.

Also, need your recommendation on what heatsink/fan to use with the CPU. The most important detail here is that I want whisper quiet (but NO water cooling--too expensive, too complicated, and too high-maintenance for me). More details are that I may do a tiny bit of overclocking but nowhere near squeezing out every last ounce of speed.

Finally, feel free to comment on what brand of 4850 video card is better than the others.

The following motherboards have been suggested (open to others but feel free to comment on these):
ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX $140 shipped
GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX $94 shipped
GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX $108 shipped
DFI LANPARTY DK X48-T2RS LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX $230 shipped

I'd like to stay under $200, but if somebody can explain why the DFI board listed here (or some other suggestion) is worth the extra cost, I am ok going up to $250.

I'd go for the gigabyte p45 board. And the board should have a fan rpm adjustment in the bios. I set mine to zero. It still runs at low rpm while being whisper quiet. The Intel fans are pretty noisy at full speed. If you're not overclocking, the stock Intel fan should work fine.

I have a P5Q Deluxe which I like very much - fired up my E8500 and 4x 2GB sticks of RAM with no issues right off the bat (didn't have to play with using only one stick to start), and makes overclocking almost rediculously easy (this is my first time doing it, and I keep thinking it can't be this easy). I also really like the Expressgate feature on this mobo - it's mini-OS that you can enter without booting the regular OS, and lets you browse the web, manage photos, or get on Skype within about 10 seconds of power on. Very nice experience with this board so far

P45 based IMHO, I'm gonna vote for a MSI P45 Neo3-FR. It took my E8500 to 500fsb without batting an eye prime stable. I've had it in windows at 545 fsb so far, not stable though as I think my ram was crapping out but I never bothered to tweak/troubleshoot.
