oh well after looking at the mobo forum, I think I decided to try the shuttle. I don't have much budget that's why I go with shuttle. Thanks for all the replies.

You will not regret that. I did the same thing for budget consideration. If money is no objection, I will go with the Asus P4T-E and RDRAM.
