What mobo and cpu?

On Friday I picked up a few cheap items, and I'm now wondering what mobo and cpu to get. I was hoping to go for a 939, maybe the 64 3200 and Epox 9NDA3+. Any suggestions? My budget is 320 dollars, maybe a little more. Thanks.
Heres what I picked up Friday
PNY Geforce 6800 128mb
2 PNY 512mb pc-3200 ddr-400(on the cover it says 3200 only, will that limit my choices?)
Western Digital 200gb HDD
Antec Sonata 380 watt psu
 
MSI K8N Neo 2 ($136 from Newegg) and 3200+ 939 Winchester Core 90nm. Should be around or a little over 320. Or you could get the 3000 and OC it.
