What memory works best?

I'm an Asus guy. This is the first time I'm trying another mobo maker. I've read great reviews on the Abit NF7-S. Other than that I have no idea what memory works best with this board. Any ideas? Also I'm going to get a 2500+ Barton for this board. I'm not going to overclock this board (well, maybe later). What do you think?
