What memory type and speed can I use to replace rambus 800?

I was wondering what can be use to replace/upgrade Rambus 800.

well if you want to overclock and/or your mobo supports you, you can upgrade to PC1066.

Thanks, what happens is that I got confuse (I'm still), with all the new speeds, it use to be 66, 100 and 133, and now ... I don't know how it goes, which one is the slowest and the fastest.
