what memory should i use

i have a gigabyte ga-8pe667 ultra mobo and an intel pentium 4 2.5ghz/400mhz. should i use pc1066 or ddr333 ? which one, or something else, works the best for p4. your input will be greatly appreciated.
 
Your board only supports DDR so pc1066 RDRAM is out 😉 Grab some Corsair XMS series DDR, it doesn't get any better than that.
