What memory hawe the GF3 TI200 ,...how much Ns. ?

Hi , i know that the TI200 is out with 175 core and 200 DDR but they never say how much Ns. the memory is !
Is the same 4 Ns like in GF3 but underclocked to 200 mhz ?,.... or is just normal 5 Ns. rated default 200 DDR ?

It depends on whose board you buy.

If you go with "Al's GeForce Barn" then it will likely be 5ns. With Gainward or possibly Hercules I would expect 4ns or perhaps faster. Most of the other will likely fall somewhere in the middle.

Actually, regular GF3's use either 3.8ns, or 4ns RAM, it depends on who makes the GF3.

I think the GF3 Ti200 cards I've read about say that they have 4ns RAM, but I'm not sure about that.

4Ns. sound's greath but so far 5Ns kinda s*ck's . I hope to get one of those ASAP but i realy need one rated 4 or 3.8 Ns.

I don't think they will release any GF3 Ti200's w/3.8ns RAM at least for awhile. Most likely 4ns, or slower RAM.
I was talking about the original GF3's having 3.8ns RAM. I believe the GF3 Ti500's will have either 3.5ns(not sure about this one), 3.6ns, or 3.8ns RAM.
