You'll be able to use PC133 SDRAM or PC2100 DDR SDRAM depending on your motherboard since you'll be running at a 133MHz FSB.
If it's a new system, go with a motherboard that supports DDR SDRAM since it's nearly as cheap as the normal and slower SDRAM.

its for a new computer
i will be getting a new MB that supports DDR
so what type(PC1600 or PC2100) of RAM will i need
and whats the diff??
dont know which MB ither so
not for overclocking

PC1600 is rated to work at a 100MHz FSB and PC2100 at 133MHz FSB. Since your AMD Athlon 1.33 266FSB will run on a 133 MHz FSB, go for the PC2100.
