What memory chips are used on this RAM?

Here is the RAM in question:
G.SKILL 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)

This is the HK (Hi-Performance King) model and it isn't listed on this DDR2 RAM List, this doesn't mean that it doesn't use Micron D9. The HZ (Hi-Performance Zeus) model of this RAM is listed and it does use Micron D9 chips.

I have done a few searches and I'm unable to find out which chips are used on the RAM in question. I am thinking ProMOS is used but I'm not sure. The memory that I currently use is the HK as well and uses ProMOS. The HZ version of mine uses Micron D9.

I think I covered all of the basic info...so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

That's not bad at all. Will I be able to lower the voltage and get tighter timings if I run this memory at say DDR2-900?
