What meat do you eat the most of each week

Speaking of steak and beef. Got me thinking about what meat I eat the most of (har har peanut gallery). I don't think there's any clear winner. Nothing beats a good sammich, fish is awesome, pork is well...it's piggy. I try to balance everything out.

I'm leaving other large herbivores like lamb out of the pole, vote beef if that's the case. Eggs don't count - just flesh. So a typical breakfast of pig/eggs would be 1 for piggy. Turkey sammich is 1 for lunch and beef or fish for dinner would be 1. So even a "normal" day would be all over the place.

Probably chicken because it's usually cheaper than the beef choices. For a cold cut sandwich though, nothing beats ham/turkey.

Fish. No question. I eat beef once or twice a month, pork about once a week, chicken about once a week, the rest is seafood (mostly fish).

Chicken and ground turkey. I'm trying to eat better, so we don't use beef much anymore.

up here there is a glut of pork so prices have dropped a lot. Pork is also pretty lean now and tasty.

Poultry, easily.

I have a turkey sandwich 5 days/week. You'd think I'd get tired of it, but I'm usually so hungry by lunchtime that it always tastes good.

I also have chicken/rice/veggies 3-4 times a week for dinner, usually.

Chicken.

At 99c/lb it's cheap and lean. Tuna probably comes second. It's cheap in the can tuna but whatever.

Where are you getting chicken at 99c/lb? It costs at least $3/lb here. :(

Usually chicken since I stock up when the store has chicken half breasts on sale for 99c/lb.
