My fairly new EVGA SLI MB has died. So I have to RMA it to EVGA for another one. While this process plays out I have to get a new one as I can't wait. I decided to get one with an Intel chipset. After years of haggling with contractors at my job, I have rather make all my purchases with companies that have stellar customer service. Who would you consider and why? Thanks for any response.

I have used NewEgg, MWave and PCAlchemy most frequently in that order.

Check out the site above before you order from any place online that you have not ordered from before.

eVGA would be 1 of if not the highest rated - of course they don't make/market Intel chipset solutions afaik.
Don't they do advanced RMAs?

Ah, yes. They do advance RMA's. But I have settled on an Intel chipset and will sell the board I get back from EVGA.
Nenforcer: I am referring to MB manufacturers and their customer service reputations.
Thanks for the responses, anyone else?

MSI has fantastic tech support and customer service. I've dealt with them more than others but I've always gotten an e-mail response within a day. Getting spare parts is a snap and they've been a big help in troubleshooting as well (sending a beta BIOS, for example). I've never had to deal with them as far as returns go, though.

For returns, Msi has been pretty good. They answered the phone and my emails quickly; expect a 2-3 week wait for rma's to be processed, shipped, and received. You'll be lucky if they even look at your board within 6 days; support just isn't what it used to be; all the board makers have cut costs to try to stay in business.

Asus is decent in my experience.

Whatever you do, stay away from Abit. Customer Support is non-existent.

It is a shame that EVGA doesn't make intel boards.
