What mATX board supports 45 nm Core 2 CPUs

I have a 45 nm core 2 CPU but my current motherboard doesn't support it with out a BIOS flash and I can't flash the BIOS because it doesn't support the CPU. Does anyone know of a board that I can buy that support it out of the box.

The ASUS P5E-VM HDMI is one such mobo that supports 45nm CPUs. Its currently the more popular of the mATX mobos right now due to its good overclocking abilities.

Ok, do you know how well it is supported in Linux and if the on board video can do 1080p playback.
