What makes a 'reputable' AT member?

One who has convinced an internet community to believe that one's online persona is trustworthy and respected.
 
A lot of people in the AT community need critical answers. I've seen a lot of childishness lately. A real AT professional will offer the best of his/her abilities without the interferences of outward condemning. Anyone who values his/her time will take it seriously vs those who enjoy getting a lot of posts, which whom need fresh air outside (qft).
