Unbelievable. Meteora is such a great album, frankly it has similar magnitude of Evanessence's and much better than Justin Timberlake's Justified (which I do like, but only to a handful of songs)

Linkin Park's album and Evanessence's album are both great. But every song sounds the same. Linkin Park got old fast with me when their first album came out. The producers found a style that appealed to a mass and incorporated it into every song.
heh. The Grammy's haven't been worth watching for a long time now. I can barely stand to watch the Academy awards after they don't recognize the movies that they should.
[edit] After reading this, it looks like I'm in favor of Linkin Park receiving some kind of recognition. This is surely not the case. They deserve nothing and should have stopped before they started. I still believe that the majority (if not all) of the artists at the Grammy's are in fact, terrible. [/edit]

but their style worked perfectly on me. I know all their songs sound very much the same;
but it would never get old to me for some reason. When I first heard Faint I absolutely dispise it coz from then I realized their "song making formula" (starts out slow, then deep heavy bass, Chester yells, chorus, he yells again, more chorus) but soon enough it grow on me quicker than I can say "Damn, this is a fu2kng g00d s0ng!"

Definately. The Grammys, like politics, are less about 'Who deserves this most' and more about 'Which one of these people with a lot of promotion suck the least'
Whoever thinks they haven't been bought by pop-culture have been tooled so hard they can't even recognize it happening.
