What laptop should I get

What laptop should I get? Requirements:

#1) I build my desktops. I'm not building my laptop. Buying a pre-fab one.
#2) $1000-$1200
#3) Going for more office use rather htan gaming. Already have an insane desktop. Battery life is important. Doesn't need to be that powerful.
#4) Small(ish). No 17" screens.

Any suggestions? HP has a nice line - been looking at their dv models.

Here's an example one I spec'd out that looks good. There's a 150$ instant rebate and a 50$ MIR to bring it down to $1250. What do you guys think?
