What language is this?

We got a keyboard that has alphabets and same layout but some of the function keys have different words along with tildas over some letters.

My guess is portuegess but does anyone know for sure?

it has words like :

Bloq, Mayus, Impr Pant Pet Sis , Bloq, Despl, Pausa, Interr, Inicio, Repag.. etc

Are the tildes over vowels? If so, it'll be Portugese, as Portugese uses those to denote nasal vowels whereas most other languages with nasal vowels use ogoneks.

didnt steal it. we found it at the office but no one knows the language.
