That's HTTP... commonly known as a URL. If I am not mistaken, it is instructions for your web browser to go to bugzilla.mozilla.org, hmm.... the rest seems to be some sort of regional dialect, I can't make it out.

It looks like one of the Scandinavian languages (Finnish, maybe?) but I have no idea on how to translate it.

we're not sure if it is lithuanian. if we knew for sure what it was, we could see if there IS a moz dev who knows the language.
