Ok, so I stupidly gave my boss the idea that our reporting system could be put online to be accessed from all remote locations. Now he actually wants it to work. Years ago I had a basic HTML version using forms and such, but it was VERY basic. What's the best hope for a modernized fully functional version?
Needs to be accessible from multiple remote locations via web or possibly intranet.
The only server will be the web host.
No dedicated database.
Needs to be very fast loading (extremely limited bandwidth).
Needs to use free or already purchased software.
It's a security app, so basicly want a controler to have common items on macros, custom entry options, want it to automatically assign times and dates and such, and it needs to be able to send to email and printer report versions of everything that gets entered.
Ideas?
