What kinda store can I get a neckstrap for camera/cellphone?

a neckstrap for like a small camera or cellphone. There is no camera store in town.. so that is out of question...
Any input is appreciated.

Probably anywhere that sells cameras - Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City...
