What kinda of a performace hit...XP1700 w/ SD-RAM on K7S5A?

Does anyone know the performace difference between using DDR vs SDR ram on the K7S5A? Curious since it has both slots what the diffence in performace...percentage wise...would be.

if you already have the sdram, don't worry about it.
if you are going to buy the ram, get the ddr it makes a difference definately, but not enough to sell / throw away sdr just to get ddr.

 
I tested my K7S5A with a 1.4GHz Athlon Thunderbird and the performance difference in real-world 3D modelling/animation/rendering tests in Caligari trueSpace 4 was 0% to 10%. DDR was always as fast as or faster than SDR. I haven't repeated the tests with an AthlonXP.
