Feeling really low on energy the last couple of weeks. Like I feel sleepy around 8. Is there any kinda OTC suppliment I can buy?

Can't, I usually don't get home until 8 or 9. I used to take some euphedra based suppliment I'd buy at GNC but I want nothing to do with that anymore. Plus, GNC is a rip off.

Xenadrine EFX seemed to work for me when I was using it. Though after a while, I stopped feeling the effects....

Check. Check. Check. Basically, you can rephrase my question: now that ephedra is off the shelves, what else can I use?

All the companies that put out Epedra weight loss products/energy pills now have an equivalent ephedra free version of it - Xenadrine EFX, Stacker (X), Ripped Fuel EF, etc. The pills work for some people and not so much for others. Also look into changing your diet - maybe you're restricting your carbs too much late in the day and therefore just feel sluggish. Eat some HI GI foods (digested and give you energy quicker) to make sure you can last through the day.

I don't take any single supplement to feel better but I try to do a few things.

When I eat smaller meals and drink water throughout the day I seem more alert. At breakfast I have: protein shake, multivitamin, korean red ginseng, and salmon+anchovie+sardine oil supplements (omega3)

Sleep in a cooler room and only for around 7 hours. If I sleep more than 7 I feel groggy when I wake up. There is a downside; I get wiped out around 4:00PM so then take a nap for say 20 mins in a totally dark room, and when you get up have some fruits with lots of natural sugars. I'll eat banana and blueberries with water. That will get me feeling better for the rest of the day.

Thats just how I go at least.

CoQ - 10. it provides energy to every cell in the body. Has actually been used to treat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Look it up... it's also an antioxidant I think, so you can just take it for good health in general.

Here's a link.

Do what truckers do. Drink coffee and take amphetamines.

No, really...go to bed earlier.
