What kinda discounts are MS employees getting for Vista?

A friend of mine works there and hence the question. I dont want to ask him until and unless I'm sure the discount is significant.

Anyone know abt it?

I had a friend who worked for MS in their great plains division. He just gave me not for resale editions if I asked. I had an aquaintence who also worked there and got xbox games for wholesale or something very low compared to retail.

This was a few years ago so MS may have tighten it up.
 
The reason I ask..

It is a risk every time an MS employee buys a copy for a friend. We are allowed to do so of course but it is for friends and family only. If you turn around an ebay the copy he gave you he'll get fired.

If you aren't even comfortable enough to ask him I would be surprised if you two are close enough that he would risk his dream job.
