what kind PSU do I need for this rig?

I have old OCZ 700W PSU, I recently upgrade my computer. I am running i5 2500k OC to 4.8, 16GB memory, 3 SSD and 1 HD, GTX560 Ti, 5 case fan and H60 water cooler. My old PSU only has 2 6 PIN PCI-E, If I need run SLI, I need new PSU. Dose 850W PSU enough for my rig? Do I need 1000W?

You'll need a 750W power supply with 4 PCIe connectors.

You should only buy a new PSU if/when you decide to go SLI... goes without saying but I'll say it anyway. I would however recommend against SLI at this point, you'd be limited to 1GB of VRAM and NVIDIA Kepler isn't far away now.
