What kind or error is this

While playing Max Payne my computer locked up hard then restarted by it self, upon restart XP had a box open that said windows had recovered from a serious error, heres the error log

yes for example. if using the drivers that were included with your card try downloading the latest version off the manufactures website... or better yet try the Nivida det. drivers.
