You should check stores like Ross TjMaxx and Marshalls they always have name brand good quality wallets for less then $20. Brands like Kenneth Cole DKNY Polo if your into it.

I have a brown leather "No Fear" wallet I've had since 4th grade. It was originally one of those "chain wallets" but I took off the chain.
 
I have two. my main wallet is a black leather bi-fold.

I also have a tri-fold faux-leather anarchy chain wallet from Hot Topic that I wear whenever I'm going out and want to wear my wallet chain.
