What kind of virus gives you nausea for 1 week?

Ok, I met a girl and misbehaved with her, I admit it. Nothing dangerous, but I walked away from it with some type of cootie. Swollen neck glands, growth in throat and the worst part: straight nausea on and off for a week. Blech.

Been on the antibiotics but they haven't helped, maybe they're making it worse. Tested negative for the usual communicables..

Yeah, I've seen a doctor, but no diagnosis yet. Anyone get anything like this recently?
