From the link, it looks like it's a video card that uses a regular desktop AGP port.

But laptops dont have agp ports, do they?!

It's onboard graphics. Usually based from the chipset. It sucks either way.
And yes, notebooks do have AGP slots, though they don't look like it. Take a look at the 855 chipset based mobos for the desktop.
