What kind of upgrade can I get for 3-400 bucks

I need to upgrade my motherboard, processor, memory, case and hopefully video card for less than 400 bucks. I dont have to have the fastest processor but I would like something that will at least be fairly current for the next 3 months at least. ;^)

I would like to get all of my parts from the same retailer, preferably from a place that won't gouge me on restocking fees in the event I have problems with the hardware. Finally if at all possible I would like to get my hands on the best vid card I can afford in my limited budget.

hmm, 3-400 = -$397. That's a tough buget.

How about Abit Nforce board for a hundo, 256MB of DDR for 90, athlon xp 1800 for like a benjie, and toss in a Radeon 8500LE for like another hundred. Check newegg.com for exact prices.

What is your current right right now? If you don't need the ram or want a smaller case, you can get up into the low end GF4 range.
