What kind of TV Tuner to buy? External

I currently have a laptop that I was going to hook up to my Sony monitor. I was looking for a TV Tuner card, and becasue it is a laptop I need an external one. I don't mind spending about $150. My monitor is a Sony 17" Flat-Panel LCD Monitor SDM-HS75P/B and my laptop has an ATI Radeon Xpress 200M and running on an AMD Athlon 64. What is the best TV Tuner card for my laptop and monitor. The ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0 works great for me.

Hauppauge USB 2.0 external. No power adapter required. I had mega back luck with ATI to the point of giving up and getting the Hauppauge for my desktop. No matter what, I would say the ATI would be bad for laptop due to the need for a power adapter.
