Doesn't look like a spider, although it does look like a baby scorpion, which is an arachnid.

The large front legs make me wonder if it's some kind of crab spider, though their bodies are usually more stout than that one's.

It's the Syringer spider. It bites its victim and then leaves, leaving the victim to think it'll come back soon but it never does.

yeah, someone asked the same thing with a pic that looked like it not that long ago.

on a side note, when are we going to get a serach engine that allows you to scan in a pic or load a pic as the search terms? that would be awesome!
